Frequently asked questions

Does OVVOS TV come with channels or content?

No. OVVOS TV is a player only. It includes no channels, movies or series and is not affiliated with any provider. You connect it to your own service that you are lawfully entitled to use.

What do I need to use it?

A service compatible with the Xtream Codes API, and its login details (server URL, username, password).

Is it really a one-time purchase?

Yes. You pay OVVOS once for a lifetime license on one device. There's no subscription to us. (You pay your own content provider separately, if you have one.)

How many devices can I use?

One device per license at a time. You can move the license between devices using Deactivate this device, then activating on the new one.

I bought a license — where's my key?

Keys are emailed after payment, usually within a few hours. If you haven't received yours, check spam and then email support@ovvostv.com with your payment details.

Can I get a refund?

See our refund policy. The free trial lets you fully evaluate OVVOS TV before buying.

Which platforms are supported?

Windows is available now. Android, Android TV and Apple platforms are in progress — check the Download page or email us to be notified.
